John Burke is a strategic hospitality finance and real estate executive with over 15 years of experience in feasibility, valuation, financial modeling, market analysis, and revenue strategy across more than $5 billion in assets. As the Senior Vice President of the Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Group at Newmark since 2019, John has conducted over 500 valuations and feasibility studies while providing insights that enhance owner returns and capital planning. Previously, John has held significant roles at Hotel & Leisure Advisors and Hilton Worldwide, where they achieved notable revenue management successes and developed innovative tools adopted companywide. John is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 10 states and is recognized for thought leadership in hospitality trends through published articles and moderated panels. Currently, John is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
