Joe Steffner, SIOR, CCIM, is the Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director at Newmark, where they focus on the growth and revenue production of the Memphis office and the expansion of the Newmark platform in the Mid-Southern U.S. They previously served as President, CEO, and Owner of Newmark Grubb Memphis from 2004 to 2015 and held key positions at Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis. Joe is currently pursuing an M.S. in Real Estate Development at The University of Memphis, having previously earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the same institution.
