Cate Webb is an experienced professional in the New Zealand Defence Force, currently serving as the Director of Force Management in the Army General Staff and as Chief of Staff for TRADOC NZ. Previously, Cate held the position of Chief of Staff for the Logistics Command in the NZ Army from 2018 to 2021. Cate’s educational background includes ongoing studies toward a Bachelor of Education in Tertiary Teaching and a Postgraduate Arts degree in Defence and Strategic Studies at Massey University.
