They currently serve as the Assistant Vice President of Research and Evaluation at The New York Foundling. Previously, they held positions such as Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Providence and Director of Research and Evaluation at Trinity Church Wall Street. Jessica's academic background includes a PhD in Population Health Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they also earned two master’s degrees, reflecting their extensive commitment to advancing knowledge in the field.
