Anil Kalhan is a Professor of Law at Drexel University and currently serves as a Distinguished Fellow at the Center on Privacy and Technology at Georgetown University Law Center. Kalhan is also an Affiliated Fellow at Yale Law School's Information Society Project and an Affiliated Faculty Member at the University of Pennsylvania South Asia Center. With a focus on immigration law, constitutional law, and academic freedom, Kalhan has contributed to various committees, including the American Association of University Professors and the New York City Bar Association. Recently, Kalhan was appointed as Special Master in the case of Hamama v. Adducci and will be a Fellow at the University of California National Center for Free Speech and Civic Engagement for the 2024-25 academic year.
