Siggi Bachmann is the Senior Director of Research and Design at the New World Symphony, where they inspire creativity and oversee the organization's creative vision. With an IDEO certification in design thinking, Siggi created the Audience Experience Design (AXD) toolkit to enhance connections between arts organizations and their audiences. Prior to their current role, they served as Chief Strategy Officer at Contexto LLC and owned Minotaur LLC, a creative agency focused on branding and design. Siggi holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Miami International University of Art & Design and has a diverse background that includes experience in renewable energy and various roles in the service industry.
