Nika Vaughan is currently the Director of Social Enterprise at New Moms, where they lead business strategy and operations for Bright Endeavors, a mission-driven candle studio that empowers young mothers through workforce training. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, retail operations, and brand development, Nika has also served as a Change Management Consultant, helping purpose-driven organizations navigate transitions. Nika previously owned and operated multiple ventures, including Nika Vaughan Bridal Artists and Chicago Beauty Exchange. They hold a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and continue to develop purpose-driven services that create social impact.
