Eve Moguea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and sales enablement, currently serving as the North America CX Program Manager at New Balance since October 2021. Moguea's role involves project management for direct-to-consumer process improvements and instructional design for E-Commerce training. Prior to New Balance, Moguea worked at American Eagle Outfitters from November 2017 to October 2021 as a People and Culture Sales Trainer and Store Manager. Previous experience includes various managerial positions at Victoria's Secret from January 2009 to November 2017 and an art handling role from August 2008 to August 2012. Moguea holds two Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees from Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, attained between 2008 and 2012.
