Jianwei Zhao began their work experience in 2002 at Neusoft as the Project Director of the Embedded Software Division, overseeing mobile phone software development and integration across multiple operating systems. In 2016, they became the General Manager of the Key Clients Dept. at Neusoft XIKANG Healthcare Technology, managing a healthcare product team and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
