Randy Jordan has over two decades of experience in IT roles, starting with Ozarks Public Television as a Computer Services Coordinator. Randy then transitioned to McKesson, where Randy held various roles including System Administrator and Technical Support Specialist Tier 1 and Tier 2. After McKesson, Randy joined Change Healthcare as a System Administrator before moving to Netsmart, where Randy currently serves as a Lead System Engineer.
