Barbara Kucharczyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management, external talent recruitment, and district management across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Community Specialist at Netguru since November 2018, Barbara oversees community team KPIs, implements communication strategies, and supports external partners through engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Barbara held positions in district management at beeline, where responsibilities included sales generation, team management, and location expansions in both the USA and Poland. With a background in retail and services, complemented by a degree in Foreign Markets and ongoing postgraduate studies in natural resources, Barbara combines operational expertise with a focus on community building and user experience design.
