Limor Michaeli Grassiani serves as the People Director for Global Operations at Netafim since July 2015, where responsibilities include leading HR and organizational development initiatives, coaching managers and employees, and innovating HR processes. Previously, Limor held the position of HR Manager for both the Technology Division and the Yiftach production site at Netafim, focusing on performance evaluation, talent management, and employee experience. Prior experience includes roles at MIS Implants Technologies Ltd. as a recruiter, and as HR Manager at Amiad Filtration Systems LTD and Log Plastics Products, with a strong emphasis on HR management and organizational activities. Limor began a career in customer service management at Cellcom from 1998 to 2005. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Sociology from ASA College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from RUPPIN Academic Center.
