Mervyn Sng has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Neste since February 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing equipment maintenance for various facilities, managing a S$5.1 million budget, and leading a team to ensure operational excellence. Prior experience includes roles at Shell as Project Engineer, focusing on wharf shutdowns and rejuvenation projects, and Integrated Maintenance and Productivity Lead, as well as positions at Roche and West Pharmaceutical Services, where Mervyn was involved in maintenance management and machinery operations. Mervyn began a career in engineering at Halliburton and FMC Technologies, where leadership and project management skills were developed. Mervyn holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with Honours from the University of South Australia and a Diploma in Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic.
