Michael DeSena is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Sales for the Bethoney|Shen Team at Nest Seekers International since March 2021. With a strong background in overseeing the lifecycle of new development condominium and rental properties, Michael has facilitated seamless transactions for buyers and sellers. Michael co-founded GWB Capital in December 2017, focusing on real estate investment and holdings. Prior roles include leading a team of agents at Compass, managing newly developed rental properties at Citi Habitats, and serving as a licensed salesperson with TripleMint and CNYC Properties LLC. Michael began the career in real estate after gaining early experience as an intern accountant at Herrick, Feinstein LLP and an assistant supervisor at Maspeth Town Hall. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Baruch College.
