Frans Barel is a seasoned boardroom consultant and advisor, currently focusing on strategic consulting and M&A advising for various companies. Since 2007, Frans has held advisory functions at Neptune Beheer BV and Royal Van Beest Group BV while also serving on the advisory board at Neptune Marine. Frans previously co-founded and served as CEO of Refresco Holding from 1998 to 2007. They are currently pursuing a BS in economics at the hogere textielschool in Enschede.
