Rajendra Vasantray is the Chairman and Managing Director of Neptune Industries Limited, bringing 30 years of experience in the Machinery and Manufacturing Industry. They have established Neptune as a leader in turnkey project engineering and equipment manufacturing, particularly for the ceramics and building materials sectors, while fostering a culture of total employee involvement. Under Rajendra's leadership, Neptune received the Best Excellence in Design and Technology award in 2019 from the Mission Energy Foundation. Educated at Lukhdhirji Engineering College with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Rajendra is actively involved in several industry associations, including the Indian Ceramics Society and the Indian Refractory Makers Association.
