Dave Shiposh has extensive experience in customer success and technical consulting, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Architects at Neo4j since January 2017. Prior roles at Neo4j include Customer Success Architect Manager for the Americas, Lead Customer Success Architect, and Customer Success Manager. Previously, Dave worked at SAP from January 2010 to April 2015 as a Solution Advisor Expert in Global Partner Enablement, where responsibilities included driving deal closures through technical demonstrations and creating sample applications. At Sybase/iAnywhere Solutions, from September 1997 to December 2009, Dave held positions as Principal Systems Consultant and Technical Product Advisor, focusing on enabling strategic opportunities and supporting global system integrators. Dave began a career in technical support at Powersoft Corporation from January 1995 to September 1997. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Guelph, completed in 1996.
