Bryan Brannon, P.E., is a Civil Engineer based in the Florida Panhandle with extensive experience in roadway design and traffic engineering. Currently serving as a Roadway Design Engineer at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since March 2021, Bryan previously held the position of Traffic Engineer at Walton County Planning & Development from March 2020 to March 2021. Prior to these roles, Bryan worked at the Florida Department of Transportation from 1999 to February 2020, where responsibilities included serving as a District Geotechnical Construction Engineer and as a Project Manager & Roadway Designer. Bryan Brannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University in April 2012.
