Joanne Harmon is currently the Deputy Programme Manager at NEC Care with experience as a Team Leader in the same company. Prior to this, Joanne worked at Northgate Public Services as a Team Lead and Diabetic Screener/Grader. Joanne also has experience as a Retail Manager at Super-Valu Charleville. Joanne holds a Masters in Environmental Sustainability from University College Dublin, a BSc in Geosciences from The Open University, a Diploma in Environmental Science and Social Policy from University College Cork, and a Higher Certificate in Diabetic Retinopathy Screening from the University of Gloucestershire. Additionally, Joanne has a Certificate in Training Delivery and Evaluation from the College of Management and IT (CMIT).
