Jocelyn Pedersen currently serves as GM Merchandise Systems and Process at Nebraska Furniture Mart since February 2021, having previously held the position of Divisional Merchandise Manager. Prior to this role, Jocelyn worked at Stage Stores from June 2017 to October 2020, where duties included Senior Director of Supply Chain Delivery Solutions and Director of Supply Chain and Merchandising Operations. Jocelyn's career began at Gordmans in May 2002, progressing through roles such as Director of Planning, Analysis and Merchandise Operations, Divisional Planning and Allocation Manager, and Buyer for Home Accents, Novelty Decor, and Seasonal Decor. Additionally, Jocelyn has experience as a Store Manager. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Jocelyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from 1995 to 1999.
