Michael T. serves as an Education and Training Officer at Unison since February 2025. With a diverse educational background, including a BA Hons in Accounting from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and a Master of Education in Education Management from the University of Bristol, Michael has accumulated extensive experience in education and training roles. Previous positions include accommodation and welfare assistant at Kaplan International Languages, computing teacher at both Maiden Erlegh School and Bohunt Education Trust, digital skills tutor at New Directions College, and various roles at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, including Project Support Officer and Learner Support Officer Multiply. Additional experience includes student experience administration at Bridgend College and assistant research at the University of Reading. Michael also holds a PGCE in Secondary Information and Communications Technology and Computer Science from the University of Reading.
