Sophia Weatherby Williams serves as the Executive Vice President of Customer Service Management and General Manager of the Telecom and Technology Business Unit at NCR Atleos. With a notable career that includes roles such as Senior Vice President at NCR Corporation and various leadership positions at Avaya and Bell Labs Lucent Technologies, Sophia is passionate about transforming businesses and fostering high-performance cultures. Sophia has also contributed to the Service Council™ as a board member and lends her experience to Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business as a board advisor. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business and Political Science at Georgia State University, Sophia emphasizes the importance of cultivating top talent and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
