Mara D'Auria is a seasoned professional in corporate communications and employee engagement, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at nCino, Inc. since June 2022. Prior experience includes the Associate Director of Corporate Communications and Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at PPD, where Mara was instrumental in enhancing global employee engagement and creating executive communications during significant organizational changes. Previously, Mara held various roles in corporate communications and marketing at Sage Island, the Board Retailers Association, Cumulus Media, Caudalie, and Giorgio Armani Beauty under L'Oreal USA, building a robust skill set in digital marketing, public relations, and strategic communication. Mara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English from the University of Delaware.
