Elspeth Ferguson has extensive experience in account management and human resources spanning over several years in various roles. Starting as a National Account Manager at Artex Ltd, Elspeth managed significant national accounts within the retail and decorator markets, focusing on maximizing revenues and customer relationships. Subsequently, Elspeth held multiple roles at Experian, including Personal Assistant to the HR Leadership Team, Learning & Competence Manager, HR Assistant, Training & Development Manager, and Senior Development Consultant, where responsibilities included developing training standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering training programs for a large workforce. Currently, Elspeth serves as a Senior Talent Development Partner at NCC Group. Elspeth's educational background includes a Musical Theatre Diploma from Laine Theatre Arts and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University among other qualifications.
