Vickie Oglesby is a strategic and results-driven technology leader with a focus on driving enterprise transformation and scalable, user-centered solutions. Vickie led cross-functional teams at GE, NBCUniversal, and OnPoint, specializing in digital transformations, workflow optimization, and Agile delivery. Vickie received recognition as Business Leader of the Year at GE for launching an internship program aimed at promoting workforce equity. Currently, Vickie pursues a Master of Science in Information Technology at Northwestern University while also studying for a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
