Rodrigo Azurmendi is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in sports journalism and digital content management. From April 2015 to April 2019, Rodrigo served as a Video Producer at Major League Baseball Advanced Media, focusing on producing stories and videos in Spanish. Previously, Rodrigo held positions as a Writer/Reporter for the Orange County Register and as a Digital Content Specialist for the Los Angeles Lakers, where responsibilities included managing social media, hosting a podcast, and writing game recaps in both English and Spanish. Renewed expertise was developed as the Manager of Editorial Copy at Peacock TV from July 2020 to March 2023, overseeing workflow and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Additional experience includes reporting for major sports entities such as ESPN Deportes and the BNP Paribas Open.
