Melissa Harper is currently the Executive Vice President of Production Management & Operations for TV & Streaming at NBCUniversal, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the EVP of Scripted Production at Fremantle US from 2019 to 2021. Melissa's extensive career includes significant positions at Starz, where they advanced from Production Executive to Vice President and ultimately Executive Vice President of Production for Starz Originals between 2005 and 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Legal Secretary at the Law Offices of Robert M. Klein from 2002 to 2005 and contributed as a Producer on feature films with Starz Media/Anchor Bay. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Theatre from Northwestern University in 1997, following a high school diploma from Polytechnic School in 1993.
