Jen Murphy serves as the Senior Director of Marketing Partnerships at the National Basketball Association (NBA), a position held since 2026. Previously, Jen advanced through various roles within the NBA, starting as a Coordinator in Global Marketing Partnerships and eventually becoming the Director of Marketing Partnerships & Media. Earlier in their career, Jen worked in Marketing and Public Relations at BDA Sports from 2012 to 2013. Jen is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Art History at Loyola Marymount University.
