Chris Kaminsky, CISA, is currently the VP and Head of IT Audit at Navy Federal Credit Union, where they oversee the organization's IT audit functions. From May 2020 to May 2025, Chris served as an Executive Director within Morgan Stanley's Internal Audit Department, managing integrated audits and developing technology audit reporting. Prior to this, Chris was a Senior Director of IT Audit at E*TRADE from 2013 to 2020, where they implemented significant audit programs and led the first Agile auditing pilot. Chris also worked as a Risk Control Manager at Freddie Mac and began their career as an IT Auditor at KPMG, where they gained foundational experience in IT audits. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
