Aparna Ranade is an ITIL Expert and SAFe POPM with extensive experience in digital quality assurance and production support management. Currently serving as Manager of Digital QA & Prod Support at Navy Federal Credit Union since July 2011, Aparna has held a variety of roles, including Assistant Manager in Process Improvement & Business Systems, Assistant Manager for Product Strategy & Marketing, and Supervisor. Prior to Navy Federal Credit Union, Aparna worked at National Grid as a Service Level Management Analyst and at NYSE Euronext as a Change Manager. Academically, Aparna holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
