Maneha Widarso is an ontological coach specializing in individuals and teams, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Maneha served as the Director of Operations at Iris from 2011 to 2023 and as the Director of Business Development at DDB Indonesia from 2001 to 2011. Maneha is also a co-founder and board director focused on operations at NAVA+ Group, a position they have maintained since 2011. They obtained their education at the University of Malaya from 1977 to 1980.
