Cliff Morehead is currently the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Navalia, a position they have held since 2025. They serve as Principal at Participant Services and have previously worked as Engagement Manager at Theorem, LLC and Senior Manager at Daugherty Business Solutions. Cliff’s extensive consulting experience includes roles as Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant at ThoughtWorks, as well as Co-Founder/CTO at Ten Toes Fuerte. They earned a degree in Organization Behavior from Northwestern University, where they studied from 1989 to 1999. Cliff began their career as a Business Analyst at SurePayroll and later managed student support at the Kellogg School of Management.
