Patrick Bognot is currently serving as the Cloud Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at ICF, where Patrick successfully led a project for transitioning NICHD’s applications to cloud environments while ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements. Additional experience encompasses managing ATO packages at U.S. Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) and the 309th Software Engineering Group. Earlier roles include positions as a Network Administrator at TOPE TECHNOLOGY, a Network Analyst at ManTech, and various other technical roles, including service in the United States Air Force. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, along with multiple degrees in technology and cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus and the Community College of the Air Force.
