Sofia Talakshi is currently an Executive Compensation Reward Partner at NatWest Group, having previously served as the Employment Policy Lead. They have a strong background in HR and compensation, including roles at RBS as an Equity Compensation Consultant and Rewards Manager. Before their time in the financial sector, Sofia worked as a Sales Assistant at Scented Scotland Ltd and as a Teaching Assistant at Your English School. Sofia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from The University of Edinburgh, graduating with honors in 2016.
