Jessica Shipman is the Head of South and Mid-Wales at NatWest Commercial and Institutional Bank and serves as Chair of the NatWest Cymru Board. With a commitment to driving economic impact across Wales, Jessica leads strategic initiatives and collaborates with local partners to support communities and businesses. Previously, from 2005 to 2011, they worked as a Business Manager at Barclays and have held various roles at NatWest since 2015, including Director of the Commercial Mid-Market segment in Cardiff and South East Wales. Jessica is currently pursuing studies at the University of Oxford.
