Daniel-John Crookes is currently the Head of Service Asset & Configuration Management at NatWest Group, where they are accountable for the delivery and roadmap of Configuration Management and related disciplines. They previously held various roles, including Configuration Management Process Owner at Royal Bank of Scotland Business and Configuration Management APL at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Daniel-John began their career as a Supervisor at Little Chef and later worked as a Web Developer at EDOT3. They earned a First Class Honours degree in Web Design and Development from Northumbria University.
