Irina Ajdinovic is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Operations and Internal Marketing Coordinator at Native Teams since May 2025. Previously, Irina held roles including Account Supervisor at UM Beograd, Media Planner at Real grupa, and Assistant Media Planner at OMD Serbia. Additional experience includes positions as a Junior Assistant Brand Manager at a Fashion Company and as a Sales Representative for AIESEC. Irina began the career as a Market Research Intern at Creitive. Irina holds a degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
