Improving the lives of Native American individuals and families through culturally appropriate behavioral health, affordable housing, and community development services. 

Since 1972, we have been changing lives, strengthening families, and building healthy communities. In that time, we have grown from a small grassroots organization operating one program for Native American men in recovery from substance abuse into one which now owns and operates 18 sites throughout Central Phoenix offering a continuum of affordable housing and behavioral health services which touch the lives of over 5,000 individuals and families each year.

One of Native American Connections'​ greatest strengths is that it has managed to maintain the heart, soul and spirit of a grassroots community-based organization, even as it has experienced such tremendous growth. Administrative Support Team

The Behavioral Health Team at Native American Connections focuses on providing culturally sensitive mental health and substance use services to Native American individuals and families. Comprising therapists, clinicians, assessors, case managers, and recovery coaches, the team works collaboratively to assess needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate recovery support, ultimately enhancing the well-being and resilience of the communities they serve. Through a holistic and culturally grounded approach, they strive to empower clients on their journeys to wellness and stability.

The Housing Compliance Team at Native American Connections is responsible for ensuring that all affordable housing programs adhere to federal, state, and local regulations. This team conducts audits, manages leasing processes, and provides support to residents to maintain compliance and improve their housing experience. By fostering a stable environment, they help empower Native American families in their journey toward self-sufficiency and wellness.

Housing Compliance Team

The Leadership Team at Native American Connections is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission to improve the lives of Native American individuals and families. This team, comprised of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and VP Corporate Controller, drives organizational growth and sustainability through effective resource management, fostering partnerships, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, while upholding core values that honor Native American traditions and community well-being.
