Mary Cantwell is a Sr. Innovation Consultant at Nationwide Insurance, focusing on UX and human-centered practices. With over 20 years of experience in K12 education, they have served as a project event designer at Fujitsu Americas and have worked as a learning space designer for the Montecito Union School District. As a designer and consultant through DEEP Design Thinking, Mary collaborates with diverse organizations to integrate human-centered design into educational curricula and culture. They are also a Stanford d.School trained design thinker and have acted as a mentor and facilitator in various professional development initiatives across the education sector. Mary holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Kennesaw State University.
