Lauren Zuccaro is the Senior Director of Clinical Development at the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP), where they oversee training and professional development initiatives. With 12 years of experience, Lauren previously served as a School Psychologist in the Lancaster City School District, where they developed critical programs and processes to improve student outcomes. During their tenure at NYAP, they held positions such as Director of Evidence-Based Practices and Behavioral Stabilization, and Director of The Center for Children, Adolescents, and Families, leading innovative treatment programs and enhancing service delivery. Lauren is currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in School Psychology from The Ohio State University.
