Kevin Oswalt currently serves as the Consortium Hub Manager at NSTXL (National Security Technology Accelerator) since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin held various engineering positions at X-Celeprint from November 2018 to September 2025, including Senior Supply Chain and Commercialization Engineer, where responsibilities included supporting key customer integrations and contributing to significant CHIPS Act proposals. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Process Development Engineer and Process Development Engineer at X-Celeprint, where management of teams, development of innovative fabrication methods, and contributions to published research were key activities. Kevin's earlier career at Phononic Inc and Cree involved product development, process optimization, and training personnel in manufacturing processes. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a focus on Biotechnology and Bioengineering from Lafayette College.
