Ujjawal Punmiya is an experienced marketing and corporate communications professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ujjawal held significant positions including Head of Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Content at Alpha Alternatives from August 2023 to June 2025, and Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Axis Mutual Fund from February 2018 to August 2023. Ujjawal's extensive experience in public relations, content development, media relations, and team management spans various reputable organizations, including Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited, Milestone Capital Advisors Limited, and Adfactors PR. Ujjawal holds an MBA in Finance from KC College of Management Studies and a Master's degree in Commerce specializing in Banking and Finance from Sydenham College, along with leadership training from the Indian School of Business.
