Kelly Esperias has extensive experience in leadership and operations across various organizations. From 2024, they serve as the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer at the National Organization for Rare Disorders, where they shape the strategic plan and oversee key operational functions. Previously, Kelly held multiple positions at Keck Graduate Institute, including Chief Financial & Operating Officer and Vice President of Institutional Development and Partnerships. They also worked as the Director of Communications & Marketing at Servite College Preparatory High School and served as the Senior Manager of Operations at AEG, managing events for several major sports teams. Kelly earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.
