Nedal Alem is an experienced professional in the housing and banking sectors, currently serving as the General Manager for the Western Region at the National Housing Company (NHC) since July 2022. Previously, Nedal held various leadership roles at the Ministry of Housing in Saudi Arabia, including Director General of Network Branches and Regional Branch Manager for the Western Region from June 2020 to March 2022. From November 2011 to January 2017, Nedal worked as a Business Development Manager at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB and served as Deputy Assistant for Housing Residential Affairs at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing from December 2021 to July 2022. Nedal Alem holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Sciences from Indiana, USA (1993-1994) and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School in 2021.
