Iyad Alrashed, MBA, currently serves as GM of Internal Audit Operational Excellence at National Housing Company (NHC) since February 2019, and has also held the roles of Planning, QA & Reporting Director and Planning & QA Manager within the same organization. In addition, Iyad is a Board Member at NOMW Capital since March 2024. Previous experience includes serving as an Internal Auditor at Saudi FDA from January 2010 to February 2019, and founding and owning 1904 Restaurant from April 2008 to January 2010. Early in the career, Iyad worked as an Assistant Financial Analyst at Al Rajhi Bank from October 2006 to April 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas (TX), obtained from 2013 to 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Al Ahliyya Amman University, completed in 2006.
