Shelanda Gonsalves

Director Reliability and Research & Development

Shelanda Gonsalves, PhD, is the Director of Reliability and Research & Development at National Grid and an Adjunct Professor at Stony Brook University. Shelanda served as an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University, CW Post Campus from 2011 to 2023 and has held various engineering and management positions at National Grid, including Director of Process and Governance and Lead Program Manager. Shelanda earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stony Brook University, a Master’s in Engineering Management from Long Island University, and a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University. Currently, Shelanda continues to contribute to education as an Adjunct Professor at Stony Brook University.
