James Pengilley

James Pengilley is currently the Head of Service Excellence, Process Improvement and Automation at National Grid Enterprise Business Services. Previously, they held various roles at National Grid, including Performance Excellence Lead and BMS Manager, where they focused on risk and compliance strategies. Prior to that, they served as the Operational Excellence Manager for Southco, Inc. in Europe, achieving significant improvements in quality and delivery performance. James holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the University of Worcester and has a background in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University, along with certifications in Six Sigma.
