Timothy Blute is an experienced leader currently serving as the Director of the NGA Center for Best Practices at the National Governors Association. They have a demonstrated history of working at the intersection of technology and public policy, with skills in program oversight, project management, and cybersecurity policy. Previously, Timothy served as an Intelligence Analyst at the FBI and held various roles at the National Governors Association, including Director of NGA Future, where they launched the association's first technology policy practice. Timothy is a graduate of American University, Washington College of Law, and The George Washington University.
