Vincent Cloutier is currently the Vice-President Associate for Montérégie-Est and Senior Advisor in Agriculture and Agri-Food at Banque Nationale du Canada, a role held since 2022. They previously served as the Principal Economics Advisor at La Coop fédérée and held various positions in agricultural economics and management, including Executive Director at Les Producteurs de bovins du Québec and Director of Economic Affairs at Les Éleveurs de porcs du Québec. Vincent also contributed as an economist at L’Union des producteurs agricoles. They hold an MBA in Agribusiness from Université Laval and have furthered their expertise through the Agribusiness Seminar at Harvard Business School. Additionally, Vincent presides over the organizing committee for Perspectives agroalimentaires at CRAAQ.
