Chuck Warnica is a managing director at the National Bank of Canada, where they lead the Oil & Gas and Energy Transition Lending division. Previously, they held various roles in credit capital markets and served as finance manager at Fame Biorefinery Corp. Chuck also contributed to the Haskayne 24 Hour MBA Case Competition as an advisory board member and case writer from 2010 to 2016. They earned an MBA and a BSc from the University of Calgary, completing their graduate studies in 2010.
